We will be open on Monday 3 January from 9am until 1pm for urgent appointments/queries only.  This is to aid pressures on emergency services. We will re-open for routine appointments on Tuesday 4 January.

Appointment Times

calendarOur aim is to provide our patients with a high standard of medical and nursing care with an emphasis on the family and putting the patient first. We want you, the patients, to feel safe and looked after in a friendly environment. We hope that the surgery will grow and develop and in due course offer more services from bigger premises. Your constructive suggestions and comments will be actively encouraged in order for us to provide you with the services you want.

Evening Appointments

We will be offering a number of evening appointments for patients that work during the day. These sessions are held every Monday evening. These appointments are bookable through the GP only. Please ask at Reception for details.

We also use Livi to provide access to GP's via video during normal surgery hours and outside usual surgery hours, including at the weekend and in the evening. The service is provided free on the NHS.

You can download the Livi app to your mobile phone of tablet, from the App Store or Goggle Play. Or visit for more information.

Livi GPs are all GMC-registered NHS GPs, who (with your consent) will be able to access your medical records and give you a considered, in-depth diagnosis based on your medical history.

To make an appointment

Doctors and the Nurse see patients by Appointment only - except for emergencies. For an appointment, please call at 08:30, or as early as possible, in the morning.

To speak to a doctor or nurse, please telephone the surgery stating you would like a telephone call and if possible a brief description of your symptoms. Telephone Advice can be given to patients just wanting to talk to one of our doctors or the nurse between the hours of 11:00 - 12:30 each day.

Car Parking

There is Pay and Display Car Parking (80p/hour) alongside the Surgery. This is owned by the Town Council and not the surgery. The surgery only has 2 disabled spaces and 2 for the GP and ambulances.
