Mrs Melanie Chenoweth
Melanie assisted Dr Dowling in setting up Neetside Surgery in 2005.  Melanie has the responsibility of the day to day running of the practice and will assist in any queries.


Ms Suzanne Ashton (f)
Suzanne is the Deputy Practice Manager.  She is full-time, AMSPAR qualified, experienced medical secretary and is responsible for making your appointments and dealing with your day-to-day enquiries. Suzanne is responsible for typing up and dealing with the hospital referrals.  Suzanne has been at the practice since we opened in August 2005.
Mrs Suzie Lamble (f)

Suzie started at Neetside at the end of 2010.  Suzie works as a Personal Assistant to the Practice Manager two days a week. Suzie also occasionally covers reception and administration duties.


Mrs Diana Priem (f)

Diana joined the team in Feburary 2016 and works part-time in reception, she is on hand to help with queries and book appointments.

Mrs Robyn Belverstone (f)

Robyn joined the practice in October 2016.  Robyn can help with booking appointments and general enquires, she also deals with referrals and typing letters.

Mrs Julie Vallance (f)

Julie joined the team in July 2021. Julie is experienced in working in GP surgeries and will be mainly based in the Administration Office.

Mrs Michelle Howard (f)

Michelle works in the Administration Team and will be working each morning in reception helping with booking appointments and answering queries.

Ms Julie McIver

Julie joined the team in April 2020. Julie's main role is focused on prescriptions but she also helps with all general reception roles.

Miss Becci Wise (f)

Becci joined the practice in June 2021, she works in Reception and the Administration Office and can help with all day to day enquires. 

Sally Hook

Sally joined the team in October 2021. She has many years of experience as a Medical Secretary and will be helping with booking appointments and general enquires. She also deals with prescriptions, referrals and typing letters.
