Appointment Times

calendarOur aim is to provide our patients with a high standard of medical and nursing care with an emphasis on the family and putting the patient first. We want you, the patients, to feel safe and looked after in a friendly environment. We hope that the surgery will grow and develop and in due course offer more services from bigger premises. Your constructive suggestions and comments will be actively encouraged in order for us to provide you with the services you want.

Evening Appointments

We offer a number of evening appointments for patients that work during the day. These sessions are held every Monday evening. The appointments are bookable through the GP only. Please ask at Reception for details.

Enhanced Access

As well as pre-bookable evening appointments at the surgery, remote pre-bookable GP appointments will also be available to all patients at our practices through LIVI, every weekday (4-8pm) and at weekends. Please note, you will not be able to use the LIVI App to book these specially-allocated appointments - they will need to be booked by our practice staff. Please contact Reception to have the options explained to you and to get booked in. These appointments may not be held at the surgery.

Doctors and the Nurses see patients by Appointment only - except for emergencies.

For Doctor Appointments - please call at 08:30, or as early as possible, on the morning you wish to be seen.  We do not book appointments ahead.  You can also call at 2pm for an afternoon appointment.

For Nurse Appointments  - we book up to 6 weeks ahead for nurse appointments.  The reception team will be happy to make these appointments for you.
